The Établissement public du Commerce et de l'Industrie de Corse is constantly striving to improve conditions for passengers and vehicles. To achieve this, it organises the management of flows of both vehicles and pedestrians.
To achieve this, it is putting in place services, infrastructures and superstructures such as: maritime terminals, car parks, a free shuttle service, an information point, variable messaging equipment for signalling....
Manage
The Établissement public du Commerce et de l'Industrie de Corse is responsible for managing the public domain within the concession perimeter. Its remit is as follows: the construction, maintenance, renewal, operation, development and promotion of the works, land, buildings, installations, equipment, networks and services required for the operation of the port.
Promote
Developing traffic by meeting the expectations of all operators, particularly shipping lines.
As such, it is responsible for promotion and communication in partnership with all the shipping companies, the port community and the island's transport and tourism professionals.
With an advantageous geographical position, notably its proximity to the Italian ports of the Gulf of Genoa and Sardinia, the 6 island commercial ports are served by 5 regular airlines and 12 connections with France and Italy, welcoming more than 4 million passengers and 3.7 million tonnes of goods every year.
