Pedestrian access via the Ferry Terminal \u2013 Propriano Commercial Port<\/p>

Safety<\/span><\/h2>

Luggage must not be left unattended at the Ferry Terminal \u2013 Vigipirate security plan in force<\/p>

Pedestrian movement within port facilities: you must follow the designated routes.<\/p>

Boarding for pedestrians\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

  • Access control carried out at the entrance to the port facilities by an EPCIC officer and\/or a security officer<\/li>
  • You will need to show your ticket and your identity card or passport<\/li><\/ul>

    Disembarkation procedure<\/strong><\/p>

    • Passengers disembark via a dedicated, green-coloured pedestrian route, which is secure and must be followed all the way to the exit of the Commercial Port.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

      Access to Propriano Commercial Harbour is permitted 2 hours(*)(**) before the ship\u2019s departure.<\/p>

      (*) Vehicles arriving before the authorised time will be refused entry; they must not park in front of the barrier at the port entrance or on the access roads to the port.<\/p>

      (**) Free parking behind the Ferry Terminal.<\/p>

      Accompanying vehicles are not permitted to enter the port area; passengers arriving on foot must be dropped off in front of the Ferry Terminal for boarding.<\/p>

      Practical information for boarding<\/strong><\/p>

      • Your ticket will be checked 2 hours before departure by an EPCIC official in order to gain access to the port and proceed to the shipping company\u2019s security checkpoint.<\/li>
      • Follow the port signage to the Compagnie Maritime\u2019s control area.<\/li>
      • Do not proceed to the ship without having completed the necessary formalities with the shipping company.<\/li>
      • Your ticket (travel document) and ID will be checked between 2.00 and 1.30 hours before departure by a representative of the shipping company directly at your vehicle.<\/li>
      • Park your vehicle in the pre-boarding area.<\/li>
      • Boarding the ship.<\/li><\/ul>

        Disembarkation procedure<\/strong><\/p>

        • Vehicles are unloaded from the ship via a specific route indicated by EPCIC\u2019s Port Operations Officers as they leave the ship.<\/li>
        • No vehicle is permitted to stop on the unloading bays.<\/li>
        • Meeting points must be located outside the port area.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          Please inform staff of your disability as soon as you arrive at the pre-security checkpoint; EPCIC staff stationed at the port entrances will notify the relevant shipping company so that it can arrange appropriate assistance.<\/p>
